About This Project

This is a digital presentation of my marketing class project project. As a team of four, I and my teammate had conducted recommendations for the ESL Federal Credit Union to upgrade their mobile payment experience targeting its Millinous and GenZ members. 

In this project, we will first go through the overview of some background information and our brief analysis of the ESL current complication.

Then we will go deep into the three recommendations supporting the data that we have.

Finally, there’s the next step, in which we will share some ongoing industry trends that ESL might need to take an eye on.
